- Why do no new houses have fireplaces?
- Why is there a natural gas monopoly?
- Why a gas prices impossible to understand
- Why does everyone have to pay $50 per month to rent a water heater that costs less than $800?
- Why can't we just pay for the gas we use at a standard rate?
- How can we get out of renting the hot water heater and buy our own?
- Was there some sort of agreement or kickback when the house were made to not have fireplaces and force the rental of the hot water units?
- Why do real estate agents force home buyers with the rental agreement? How is that legal?
